Humidor Tour

You asked for it, and I responded. This short video shows my humidors, as well as a complete inventory of my current stock of cigars. Brace yourselves as I bring to you the segment I call “What’s in your humidor?”

I mentioned a couple websites in the video that you may have missed. Of course, the whole idea was stolen from Jerry at The Stogie Review, and my inventory method was borrowed from the guys at Nice Tight Ash.

great job tom. what an amazing humidor. glad u decided to do the tour of it. what a great accumulation of cigars. im glad im not the only one who uses beads with cigar oasis. its a great combination that has yet to fail me.i really like those travel humidors i deff have to pick one up. ok soo Jerry started it , u fallowed it up i think we need to see Walt or Brian’s collections what do u think tom.

Once you dial in the Oasis the beads compliment it nicly. It’s a good setup in my opinion, although the beads or Oasis alone would do just fine.

I’m all for it, Brian, Walt, it’s your turn! Anyone else out there, lets see your rig!

I use excel for my inventory and http://www.codebyter.com/software/wishlist/ for the want list.

Keeps everything tidy.

Tom, I really enjoyed the tour of your humidors’. I’m about to purchase my first large humidor and I am thinking of a model just like your largest humi. Very informative and well thought out site keep the reviews coming.

Great tour of your collection! I have been eyeballing the same larger humidor style you have on cheaphumidors.com, but have been slow to pull the trigger.

Question – I noticed you added a blank band to your cigars with the dates…are there blank bands sold out there for this purpose or is this something you’ve rigged using blank paper or something similar???

As my collection has grown in size I have seen the need to want to affix a date on them to know how long they’ve been sitting. My memory isn’t as good as it once was!

Thanks again!

Beezer-I’m pretty sure I bought the blank bands from Heartfelt Industries, where I get the beads too. I don’t label everything, but if I think I’ll keep it awhile, I do.

JC-If it looks good, I say more space is better. I tend to want to see the humidor in person before buying though.

Calestus – I may have to check that out!

Yo Danny… Glad you enjoyed it, despite being rough around the edges. That’s par for the course around here ;-)
