Good review, I definitely agree with most everything I read, but I did not get the bitterness. Since it was so tasty with the caramel, cedar, a little spice, and mocha tastes I imagine like it a bit more than Tom. Right now I am putting it above my other favorite CAO which is the MX2. I was impressed by the burn which has proven to be long and trouble-free over three or so that I have smoked over the last year. Recommended.
