Tatuaje Cojonu 2009

Back for our monthly visit to The Stogie Review, Ed & I review the Tatuaje Cojonu 2009. Make sure you pay them a visit. It’s practically our second home, and it is the premier site for anything cigar related.

Back to the review… Pete Johnson and Don Pepin Garcia have a winner here. I can’t think of any Tatuaje cigar that has let me down. Do yourself a favor and pick up any of the lines offered.

Looks like this is a great smoke, I will have to run out and grab one myself, maybe Ed’s shop still has a few if they have not already been grabbed after this review!
P.s. Love the Network Security Shirt!! (Bachelors in Information System Security here)

Great review!

nice stick for special occasions or a once in a while smoke. Seems a bit strong for my tastes, but I am always willing to try something at least once.

I really enjoy your reviews. In your opinion, do you think Pete Johnson’s cigars warrant the premium price?

awesome review, Ed and Tom. Pete is super cool and really blends his stuff well. I love the Tat. line and I really like these sticks. Your flavor notes are right on!

Thanks for the comments here and over at The Stogie Review.

Gene – The price is my only problem. I think they are great smokes, but the price does scare me away sometimes. They are at least worth trying as I always say.

Shaun – If I remember correctly, there was a guy in the shop who wouldn’t shut up. I didn’t want to be rude so I just mumbled a random curse.

Tony – You can never plan those moments. When they happen I’ll always try to include them.

That was rather funny, and a great review. I agree the price is a little steep but then again this isnt a cigar you really want to smoke every day. this one is special.

Good thing I don’t wander into the shop I would want autographs, photos, free St Pete Swag, and would probably blabber til Ed kicked me out!

Great review of a great cigar. I got 3 of them from Pete at an event the day after they were rolled and had the good fortune to smoke one with Pete & Don Pepin. Super tasty, pretty strong, and I agree a tad expensive at least until I win the Lotto.
