Xikar HC Series Habano Colorado + CONTEST!

You’ve seen me using the Xikar MTX Multi-Tool for well over a year now on every review I do. I also use it on every cigar I smoke. Although intimidating at first, I can’t imagine being without it now.

Awhile back I posted a quick video on how to use the MTX Multi-Tool. You can view it HERE. At the end of this cigar review, Matt shows his method, which differs from mine. You didn’t come here to read my ramblings… So let’s get to the part where you get free stuff.

This contest will run for a couple weeks, and have two winners. The first place winner will receive a Xikar MTX Multi-Tool, and a sampler of HC Series cigars. You will be able to pick whatever color Multi-tool you like, shown below.

The second place winner will receive a 4 pack of the cigar being reviewed, the HC Series Habano Colorado. One contest, two winners. You can thank Xikar for donating both prizes, and my pal Matt for helping me put it together.

Now for the important part… How do you enter? Well, the first rule is that you must be 18 or older. The second rule is that you can only enter once. Then you simply watch the 20 minute review below, where we explain how to enter. Easy! Click HERE and enter now!

I was looking at these cigars at a local B&M and as I was talking to the owner about different cigars he likes and dislikes. He said the HC was one of the worst cigars he ever had. Well as we know it’s all subjective or maybe he just had a bad stick. In any case it caused me to shy away from them but after seeing your review it sounds like something I would like to try. I usually find your reviews pretty much on as far as my tastes go so I don’t see this being a bad cigar and one I would like to try.

The cigar is great! I’ve tried one stick, a belicoso yummy and full bodied.
The cutters well never had a “Multi-Tool” for my cigars. Why not now lol hope i win and good luck to others

I’ve never tried cigar scissors, the methods seems to require more patience than a quick guillotine cut. I’ll have to try that if I win.

Great review. I have always shied away from the Xikar Cigars, not sure why, just didn’t have a lot of confidence in them. Sounds like I need to give them a shot. I use a Xikar Xi1 and love it. Tom I have written you a couple of times with this tip on how to use scissors heres a trick that i learned.I sent this to Doc stogie fresh and he thought it was great! give it a try hold the cigar in one had and the scissors in the other hand put the scissors at the cap area and hold the cigar with the scissors then twirl the cigar while holding the cap with the scissors. this will take just the cap off therefore giving you a perfect even cut. give it a try and let me know how you made out.

nice review guys,i actually had the HC Series
Habano Colorado last night at my local shop, great cigar draw was a bit tight but i was able to still pull a good amount of smoke from it, oh yeah enter me in the contest. HAHA i love it i think Bill entered the contest. what a guy he is

Hi guys… nice review, it broke up my work day nicely. Win or not in this contest, I’ll visit my local tobacconist tonight for a few H.C. smokes and enjoy one with a localaly brewed pale ale from the great state of New Hampshire. If I win I’ll tell you who brews it!
